The following is a letter
received from the THEA Foundation.
The THEA Foundation is looking for a few good men (or women!) to
volunteer for upcoming events.
Now that we are in our new offices, we have a need for volunteers to
answer the phone, light typing or data entry, and to help spread the word and
tell the THEA story to walk-ins.
Please call Paul Leopoulos at 256-4891 or Jo at 804-3169, or email Jo
Paulus at
This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
to get
more information, or to come by and see our offices at 4th and Main in downtown
Argenta. Paulus is normally in the office on Tuesday and Wednesday from 9a.m
to 4 p.m., and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 1
p.m., and Leopoulos is here most other times. Our website www.theafoundation.org is currently under reconstruction, and should be
available again soon.
Leopoulos wants to establish a database of volunteers for the office, for
THEA events like the 3rd annual Thea Paves the Way chalk art event on the
sidewalks in front of the Clinton Library, organizing the Chesapeake Energy
donation of art supplies for public school art teachers, the workshops and
scholarship competitions, and really anything else that comes up.
We are a non-profit, and depend heavily on volunteers and generous donors
of both time and art. We partner with the Clinton Foundation and other
groups in the central Arkansas area for our events, and in our work in keeping
Thea’s spirit alive.
