Violent Crime Posters Going Out in Baring Cross |

North Little Rock, Ar (July
21st, 2008) Tonight, members of the Baring Cross Neighborhood
Association, the Young Community Advocates of Baring Cross, and North Little
Rock Police Officers will pass out the Violent Crime Initiative Posters to
businesses in the Baring Cross and
Downtown area.
Tonight at approximately 7:00 PM, after the Baring Cross
Neighborhood Association meeting, at 13th and Franklin (Perfecting
New Life Ministries), members of the Neighborhood Association, along with
members of the Young Community Advocates of Baring Cross, and North Little Rock
Police officers will hit the streets handing out the new posters of the Violent
Crime Initiative that was announced by Chief Danny Bradley in January.
The release of the posters comes just weeks after the Public Service
Announcements (PSA’s) were released to the local television stations.
This joint effort was organized by the North Little Rock
Police Department and Community Advocate and Baring Cross Association Member
Machelle Steward Brown. Assistant Public
Information Officer Carmen Green will also be present.
