 Thanks to the Fox16 news Most Wanted program, a North Little Rock criminal has been caught. as a result of an anonymous tip from a Fox 16 viewer. Crystal Elaine Cooper was arrested today. She was wanted for numerous counts of possession of drugs and manufacturing drugs with intent to deliver and distribute. Cooper was also wanted for failure to appear and probation violations.
