Steve Baxter, who's running for the Ward 3 Alderman seat currently held by John Parker, recently made his election website public. Mr. Baxter, who was born and raised in North Little Rock, is currently an avionics technician with the Military Department of Arkansas. He is married to the former Susan Marsh of Denver, Colorado and has two adult sons. He states the issues he is most concerned with are public safety, streets & drainage issues and improving youth programs.
