Kelvin Gilkey, 19, from Sherman Park, turned himself in to the Little Rock Police Department after an acquaintance informed him that that the police were looking for him. He was caught on a surveillance tape after he and 2 other men held up a man at gunpoint while he was leaving Willy D's in Downtown Little Rock. After the robbery the three men went to the Junction Bridge and it was here that he was caught on the video that was played on the Wednesday evening KATV newscast.
