North Little Rock Police are investigating a shooting which occurred last night, Aug. 9th, around 8:00 pm in Rose City on Rogers Street, near the intersection with Gordon Street. Local sources say the man was hit with the bullet after it ricocheted off a stop sign. The unnamed victim was wounded in the chest, and after spending the night at the hospital returned home this morning. The shooter has not been caught and locals report the shooter to be a teenager who has a previous history with gun violence in the neighborhood
