Brunch at Cregeens is a unique and wonderful experience you should try. Brunch is offered from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays at Creegens, located on the corner of Main and Broadway Streets downtown NLR across from City Hall.
On Sunday our party enjoyed brunch sampling the Scottish Eggs, Brunch Enchiladas and Fruit Plate. The enchiladas shown below were juevos rancheros and sausage in a flour tortilla with a queso sauce, salsa an guacamole.

The Scottish Eggs were beautifully presented and consisted of two hard boiled eggs wrapped in sausage and bread crumbs and deep fried with hollandaise sauce. The picture below does not do this dish its credit.

The Fruit & Cheese Plate included honeydew, cantelope, strawberries, grapes and oranges with haverty, brie, jack and cheddar cheeses. The staff of Cregeens had also added fresh watermelon and pineapple on the day of our visit.

Overall, the food was delicious and filling and the service impeccable without being overbearing. Never was any of our drink glasses empty for more than 30 seconds. In attention, to unique dishes from Ireland and Scotland, you can order conventional pancakes, eggs and other breakfast fare such as eggs benedict. For a complete Cregreens brunch menu, click here . Creegens is non-smoking so you can bring the kids and they have a kids brunch menu too.
Cregeens is a must for brunch. Enjoy the food, atmosphere of an authentic Irish pub with the great Cregeens brunch staff shown below
