This page is entirely user driven by viewer and user submittals. See the birth policy to the left for how birth announcements are to be submitted for publishing here. So if you have any friends, co-workers or relatives that are expecting, tell them to send their child's birth announcement here! BIRTH POLICY
Dogtown Wire publishes birth announcements with a picture, although a picture is not required for publication. One of the parties must live or have grown up in North Little Rock. There is no charge for publishing a birth announcement. The announcement will be published promptly after receipt at Dogtown Wire. The announcement must be submitted in Microsoft Word format limited to 150 words or less with a picture in a jpeg format no larger than 1 Mb. Only one picture per announcement will be published. The picture should be a close up of the newborn. The announcements may be edited for brevity, clarity and or grammar. Announcements will only be accepted electronically by e-mail to
