The Mayor on Monday reported to the Baring Cross Neighborhood Association, that the City thought they owned the property along the old rail line that ran along 15th Street in Baring Cross and connected to the old quarry site on the River Trail.  Robert Voyles with the City was in the process of verifying the City controlled the property and if so, the City would work to construct a trail that would connect the River Trail up the corner of 15th & Pike Streets

This would give many more people in Baring Cross and HOLT easy access to the River Trail and provide a much shorter route to the trail for others in Mid Cities and Levy.

  1. Use the e-mail story button at the bottom of each story to e-mail the sory that msot interests you to all your e-mail contracts
  2. Send out an e-mail with the www.dogtownwire.net link to all your e-mail contacts and suggest they check it out.
